Adam Powell

Managing Partner / Financial Advisor

Adam is a second-generation Financial Advisor following in the footsteps of his father. Adam began his career in the financial services industry in May 2005. Initially working at the family own brokerage firm Audis Canada; Adam worked with other insurance and wealth advisors to implement solutions and strategies for their clients.

In 2012 Audis Canada was sold to financial horizons. Adam remained with Financial Horizons as sales director for the Manitoba office until August 2022. In November of that year, Adam joined Equitable Life as the Director of Wealth Sales for Manitoba/Saskatchewan/Northwestern Ontario.

In September 2025, Adam joined Keystone Capital and Associates as a new managing partner and advisor. In this new role, Adam shifts his focus from working with advisors to working directly with clients and brings his wealth of industry knowledge and passion for helping Canadians protect and grow their financial well being.

Adam is married to his wife Lyndsay and they have two children Parker and Rylan.

Bryan Church

Financial Advisor

Bryan joined as Managing Partner in September 2014, after running his own financial services business in the Westman area for 4 years, specializing in personal and corporate insurance. Bryan has been in the in industry since 2008, continues to build his business and reputation on hard work and dedication to his field of expertise.

Bryan and his wife Coralie, along with their 2 sons Ethen and Max and daughter Oynx, relocated their family to be a part of the community of Souris.

Steven Sopel

Financial Advisor

Since becoming Managing Partner in 2014 of an Independent Financial firm, he has enjoyed helping many people plan for their future.

Whether their future included retirement, tax savings, protecting income with insurance, or working with Ag clients and tax strategies, he works with our broad financial toolbox to assist.

He has been honing his craft since 2008 and continues to further his education in the industry.

Daryl Howarth

Managing Partner | Financial Advisor

Daryl ran his own Insurance and Financial Services business for 15 years before joining Keystone Capital & Associates in 2017. By joining Keystone Capital & Associates it gave Daryl the opportunity to provide service and financial advice to many more clients. Daryl and his wife Patricia, along with their children, Codie, Tyler, Cole, Carter, Grayson & Jaxon currently reside in Brandon.

Daryl grew up on a farm South of Somerset, Manitoba. After high school he went to College and took Heavy Duty Mechanics and then six years later went back and took Agribusiness but found his true passion to be in the Financial Services industry.

Christine Bodin

Office Manager

Christine joined the company in August of 2018 as an administrative assistant, in 2020 she accepted the role of Office Manger in the Souris location.

She will be the friendly face in the office and on the other end of the phone when clients call or visit the office, while continuing to assist the Advisors with day to day operations.

Christine and her son relocated to the town of Souris in 2017, was born and raised in Brandon, MB.
